version of our online catalog. Our web site has been developed for the purposes of viewing, searching, and yes, purchasing
great furniture. We strive to provide you with the same great service and experience as a trip to your local furniture store!

We do not charge sales tax unless your merchandise is shipped to Georgia.
We try our best to get orders shipped from our warehouses within 2-3 business days. Items that do not ship that quickly
are identified as such on the description page of that item. For example, the item might indicate "Ships in 7 days."
Shipping time also depends on your proximity to the warehouse the merchandise shipped from. As shipping times do vary greatly,
please allow adequate time for delivery before contacting our customer service department.
The information shown here and the shipping times mentioned throughout our web site is only a guide. We cannot guarantee shipping times.
FedEx or UPS will deliver your merchandise to your home or business and place it at the front area/front door
of your office or home. Since FedEx and UPS both have weight and size restrictions, heavy and/or oversized orders are
shipped via common carrier.
Heavy and/or oversized orders are shipped via common carrier. With Common Carrier Delivery, the truck driver
may ask for your assistance in unloading the large and/or heavy furniture from the rear of the truck.
The delivery drivers travel alone and occasionally request this assistance to avoid damage to the merchandise.
In addition, Common Carrier Delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
If you require inside delivery, our shopping cart will give you the option to purchase the Common Carrier’s “inside delivery”
service (for an additional charge which is usually $50). With this service, the truck driver will bring the item(s)
into your first floor home, office, or apartment. If you require delivery to the second floor (or higher), please call
us at 1-888-600-8457 to verify that this service is available in your area.
Note: At FurnitureBuzz Kids, our goal is to find the lowest price to ship products to our customers.
Shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order and your "ship to" address. Typically, multi-item purchases
will significantly reduce the per-item shipping charge. To ensure you are receiving the most economical shipping
cost available, we look at each order on an individual basis.
Unfortunately, none of the shipping companies used by FurnitureBuzz Kids deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.
As a result, we do not ship to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
FurnitureBuzz Kids carries only the finest ready-to-assemble furniture produced by the industry's premier
furniture manufacturers. We have carefully selected our furniture providers to ensure their product warranties
match our commitment to quality and service. Please use our Warranty Information
page if you would like to view a specific manufacturer’s warranty.
FurnitureBuzz Kids has carefully selected which brands of kids' furniture we sell. The brands we have selected are
considered the premier manufacturers in our industry. The warranties and product support of these manufacturers match
up to FurnitureBuzz Kids' commitment to quality and service. In the event that you need service on your new furniture,
both the manufacturer and/or FurnitureBuzz Kids can help you. In most cases, the manufacturer should be contacted
directly for assembly assistence or replacement parts. The toll-free number for you to call will be provided on the
instruction booklet that comes with your new furniture.
If you do not have your instruction book, or cannot locate a toll-free number to the manufacturer, please call FurnitureBuzz Kids at 1-888-600-8457.
There is no charge for cancellation as long as you cancel your order before it has been produced and/or shipped. If the
product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be
deducted from your refund. Cancellations or returns must be authorized in advance by calling FurnitureBuzz Kids at
1-888-600-8457.
FurnitureBuzzKids.com offers an exchange or refund for the full purchase amount of items returned within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. After 60 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount
of the current selling price.
Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt, and items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and
contents. For items returned without a receipt, FurnitureBuzzKids.com only offers an exchange or store credit at the
current selling price. The following rules also apply to all returns and exchanges:
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.
- Most refunds are processed within a day or two of receipt.
- * For merchandise returns that have not been shipped prepaid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not return furniture without contacting us first.

Login/Register page. You will be prompted for your email address and a password. Once you have submitted this information,
we will automatically create your account. It's that easy!
If your merchandise arrives damaged, you have two options (Please review our Return Policy
for more details):
- If the damage is not severe, please accept delivery and contact the manufacturer for no-charge replacement parts.
- If the damage is severe, refuse delivery. Please contact FurnitureBuzz Kids to inform us of the refusal.
Once the item is received by us, we will ship the replacement item. You are not responsible for shipping charges on
the second delivery.
We collect general information as you browse our site to help us diagnose problems with our server, administer our web site,
and analyze broad demographic information about our visitors. We also use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session.
