How to Order?

Ordering from FurnitureBuzz Kids could not be easier!

The fastest and easiest way to order is to complete our secure Online Order Process.

1.
Simply search through our database of amazing furniture values (click here to get started).





2.
When you find an item you like, click the " Add to Shopping Cart" button.





3.
You will be taken to our shopping cart. From here, you can modify the number of items, continue shopping, or initiate the check out process.  You can always remove items later if you change your mind.






4.
The shopping cart will request the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped.   We use this information to calculate tax and shipping costs.





5.
Check Out Options:





  1. Express Check Out.  This feature is available if we are able to calculate your tax and shipping costs.

    1. Click the "Check Out" button on our shopping cart to continue.
    2. Account Login:

      1. If you do not have an account with FurnitureBuzz Kids, click "New Customer Checkout."
      2. If you do have an account with FurnitureBuzz Kids and are not logged into our system, please enter your login information.

    3. You will be taken to our secure order form.
    4. Please complete this form and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
    5. Since you will be informed of all costs associated with your order, submitting your order to FurnitureBuzz Kids will be considered your final authorization for the charges.
    6. We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.


  2. Regular Check Out.  If we are not able to calculate your tax and shipping costs, you will need to request a shipping quote.

    1. Click the "Check Out" button on our shopping cart to continue.
    2. Account Login:

      1. If you do not have an account with FurnitureBuzz Kids, click "New Customer Checkout."
      2. If you do have an account with FurnitureBuzz Kids and are not logged into our system, please enter your login information.

    3. You will be taken to a page which allows you to enter the destination information for your items.  Please complete this form and click "Continue."
    4. Upon receipt of your order request, we will respond within 24 hours with an email that details all charges associated with your order.
    5. If you are satisfied with the charges and would like to complete the purchase, you can go to our Order Center or click the link provided in the shipping quote email.  At this point, you can initiate the check out process.  If you are not satisfied with the shipping costs, no action is required on your part. Your order will terminate automatically.

6.
Your order will be processed and your items shipped in accordance with the time lines outlined for each item.  As you know, shipping times can vary greatly.  We will contact you by email if there are any known delays in the processing of your order.
