Here is what they don't want you to know:
Other stores charge a 15% (or higher) restocking fee.

Other stores require you to call to get authorization for a return, also known as a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA or RA number for short).

Other stores will not authorize returns after 15 days from the delivery date.

that the manufacturers are too busy [and don't like] to handle returns. Shipping merchandise back to the manufacturer usually
creates delays in the ability for you to receive a refund in a timely manner. Stores that require merchandise to be sent back
to the manufacturer probably don't have a physical location or storefront.

we process refunds the same day of your return.
